Job Description
We are looking for physically fit and hardworking Road Construction Workers to join our team. The role involves manual labor to support the construction, repair, and maintenance of roads, highways, and related infrastructure.
Responsibilities
•Assist in preparing construction sites by cleaning, leveling, and setting up equipment
•Lay asphalt, concrete, gravel, and other road materials
•Operate or assist with machinery such as rollers, pavers, and jackhammers
•Load and unload materials and tools
•Install traffic signs, barriers, and other safety equipment
•Follow safety guidelines and wear protective gear at all times
•Work in coordination with engineers, supervisors, and other laborers
•Perform maintenance and repair tasks as required
•Handle physically demanding tasks under varying weather conditions
Qualification
• High school diploma or equivalent
•Valid driving license or certification to operate construction equipment (if applicable)
Skill & Experience
•Prior experience in road construction or general construction (preferred but not mandatory)
•Physically strong and able to work long hours in demanding environments
•Basic knowledge of construction tools and machinery
•Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
•Commitment to safety standards and procedures
•Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, or overtime when needed
