Job Description

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Construction Helper to assist skilled tradespeople on our construction sites. This role involves manual labor, handling tools and materials, and supporting various tasks to ensure smooth and timely project execution.

Responsibilities

- Assist carpenters, masons, plumbers, electricians, and other skilled workers
- Load and unload construction materials and equipment
- Prepare and clean job sites before and after work
- Mix concrete, dig trenches, and carry materials to work areas
- Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision
- Follow instructions from supervisors or skilled tradespeople
- Help set up scaffolding, ladders, and other temporary structures
- Adhere to safety procedures and report unsafe conditions
- Perform general site maintenance and cleaning

Qualification

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification in basic safety training (e.g., OSHA or equivalent)
- Experience working on residential or commercial construction projects
- Ability to communicate in [insert language as needed – e.g., English/Hindi/etc.]

Skill & Experience

- Previous experience in construction or manual labor (preferred but not required)
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy materials
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and on rough terrain
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is a plus
- Team player with a safety-first attitude
