Job Description

We are seeking skilled and experienced Scaffolders to join our construction team for commercial, residential, or industrial projects. The Scaffolder will be responsible for erecting, modifying, and dismantling temporary scaffolding structures used to support construction and maintenance work at heights. Safety, precision, and teamwork are critical to success in this role.

Responsibilities

-Erect and dismantle scaffolding systems according to safety guidelines and project requirements
-Inspect sites and plan scaffolding layout based on blueprints and instructions
-Secure scaffolding to buildings or structures using clamps, bolts, and braces
-Load and unload scaffolding materials safely
-Perform routine checks and maintenance on scaffolding structures to ensure stability
-Ensure proper anchoring, bracing, and safety of platforms
-Work at heights safely and confidently while using personal protective equipment (PPE)
-Collaborate with site managers, engineers, and other construction workers to meet project deadlines
-Follow all health and safety regulations to prevent accidents or injuries on-site

Qualification

-Certification in scaffolding (CISRS, OSHA, or equivalent)
-Experience in working on high-rise, offshore, or industrial projects
-Understanding of local or European scaffolding standards
-Basic English or local language proficiency for communication and safety compliance

Skill & Experience

-Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a scaffolder or in a similar construction role
-Good knowledge of scaffolding systems (tube & fitting, system scaffolds, etc.)
-Familiarity with safety standards and risk assessment procedures
-Physical fitness and ability to work in all weather conditions and at heights
-Ability to read and interpret plans and site drawings
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
-Team player with good communication skills
